Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing acdit.com!
  1. Electronic Signature: Use of any acdit.com service constitutes acceptance of and agreement to acdit.com's Terms of Service (TOS) as defined in this document.
     
  2. Interruptions: The customer acknowledges that services provided are of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of acdit.com and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, the Customer agrees that acdit.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes.
     
  3. Changes: acdit.com has the right to change prices, or add or delete product features of any existing product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by acdit.com. acdit.com has the right to discontinue products or services at any time. acdit.com reserves the right to amend its policies at any time.
     
  4. Service fees: The Customer purchases services for between one month and one year at a time by specifying the time period in our Shopping Cart Checkout system. acdit.com shall email the Customer two weeks and one week prior to expiration of the purchased time period to remind the Customer to make renewed payment for continued service.
     
  5. Cancellation of Service: The Customer may cancel services at any time by emailing acdit.com to specify the date for cancellation. acdit.com may cancel services at the end of any service period by emailing the Customer to specify the date of cancellation.
     
  6. Suspension of Service: acdit.com may suspend services upon detection or suspicion of any contravention of our Best Practices Policy (BPP) or this TOS. The Customer will be required to provide proof of and affirmation of compliance with our BPP and TOS and services will only be resumed at acdit.com's discretion.
     
  7. SPAM, or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE): acdit.com has a zero-tolerance policy against the sending of UCE via our networks. Detection or suspicion of any contravention of this rule will result in immediate Suspension of Service.
     
  8. Mutual Indemnification: Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, the other party's affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, attorneys, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, punitive damages, amounts in interest, expenses and disbursements of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by a third party under any theory of legal liability arising out of or related to the indemnifying party's actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of a third party's copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark, or other proprietary right.
